As a 30+-year Jupiter resident, the last 20+ in the Loxahatchee River Rd. corridor, I am here to share my knowledge and love of the area with Sellers and Buyers. We live in “Paradise”, and I enjoy sharing it with all that are willing to enjoy and treasure it.
Professionally I bring not only honesty, tenacity and the willingness to do what it takes to see your needs are met but, I back up my Realtor license with the training only a small percentage of agents take the time to receive. Through the National Association of Realtors, I have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) certifications. I am determined to prove my commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. I have emersed myself in the needs of local buyers so that I may provide the knowledge, experience and the team of experts needed to make informed decisions about their home purchase. In 2022, I joined the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors Association, RWorld, as a Regional Director for Palm Beach County to further my knowledge in the market and better serve my customers.
As a Seller’s agent I will continue to bring the same qualities and professional services I offer my buyers but, with the added knowledge and experts that selling a home requires; landscapers, professional stagers, cleaners and more.
Did you know that today’s buyers do most of their home searches on line?
I will begin with a professional photographer to give your home its best possible appearance online and in print. I will place your home not only in the local MLS, as all Realtors are required to do but, in local print ads or mailers, all of the various home search websites, Social Media outlets and the many private Realtor sites that I belong to. Providing your home with the most exposure possible to a wide range of Buyers. In order to give your home added personal attention I will be sharing your home with other local Realtors at our weekly association meetings, private networking events and with your permission, offer your home in a private Realtor Open House along with Opening your home to the public twice per month, until it is sold.
